"Hello. My name is Dr. Syllvie. Either your parents sent you because you're out of control, or the police found you. Here at White Mountain Institute, we enforce our rules with an iron fist. You mess up, you go outside to shovel the snow in nothing but the outfit given to you. Laugh all you want now, but it gets fifty below on a good day. And those silly little clothes aren't going to keep you warm for long."
Who knows why you're here at the correctional institute? Maybe you killed somene? Maybe you have some mental disorder? Or, hell, maybe there's nothing wrong with you at all. Maybe your family got tired of your teenage bullshit and decided to send you to this place. Well, no matter what Dr. Syllvie or anyone else says, you're stuck here. If it's not for life, it's for a very, very long time.
At White Mountain Correctional Institute, you are placed in cells - though the Doctors prefer to call them "dorms" - depending on what level of danger you are. Three is the highest, one is the lowest. The level ones are usually the teenage druggies, though sometimes there's someone in there suffering from a severe case of Bipolar Disorder. Level twos are the ones with the real mental problems. Voices in their heads, inability to interact with another human being without striking out at them. They are usually violent, but never enough for serious damage. Level threes are the murderers. Some, of course, aren't always murderers. Some are just very violent. Vioelnt enough to be labeled dangerous. The druggies here are so fucked up from the drugs that they can't function right, and are labeled dangerous. The smart, manipulative kid-nappers and murderers that are labeled dangerous are also here. Basically, if you're "dangerous" you're in level three.
There are gaurds and doctors all around, so don't expect to just get away with everything. The guards can be pretty mean sometimes, and the doctors rarely pay attention to who they're giving medication to.
Level One patients are allowed two hours a week outside of the Institute. Level Two patients are allowed one hour. Level Three patients are not, under any circumstances, allowed outside the walls until they turn twenty-five. After Level Threes are twenty-five, they are either put in jail, or are allowed freedom(only if the gaurds/doctors/Dr. Syllvie has decided that they are no longer a threat).
